GI-MAP
Gut health impacts overall health. Looking at a comprehensive picture of your gut, we can get to the root cause of chronic issues. This at home stool test detects and quantifies pathogens such as parasites, bacteria, fungi. It also looks at intestinal health markers to give insight into digestive function, immune health, detox capabilities and gut inflammation.

SIBO
Look pregnant, but you're not? You might have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). Usually most bacteria are in the large intestines, but when bacteria migrate up to the small intestines you can experience bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation. Besides the annoyances of these symptoms, SIBO impairs digestion and prevents proper absorption of nutrients. This at-home breath test quantifies hydrogen and methane gas produced by bacteria in your gut to determine if SIBO is contributing to your symptoms.

Mediator Response Testing (MRT) Food Sensitivity Test
This test looks at 170 foods, chemicals, and flavorings to see what your body is reacting to and which foods to focus on eating. Food sensitivities can occur 72 hours after consuming something, making it hard to pinpoint exactly what’s causing the reaction. Compared to other food sensitivity tests, the MRT measures the inflammatory response produced regardless of the pathway (ie IgG, IgA, IgM). It is a great starting point for decreasing inflammation and kick-starting gut healing.

DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones)
This is a complete assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites. The DUTCH Complete also includes the cortisol pattern, certain organic acids, and melatonin. This test gives insight into how much of each hormone you produce and how it’s being metabolized and detoxed. It is an amazingly detailed test that I recommend all women have at least once per decade.

3x4 Genetics Test
This genetics test is unlike ones you've done before. If you're wondering if genetics are playing a factor in your health this is the test to do. In conjunction with other tests, it gives clear insights into nutrient needs, detox capabilities, and more. It also includes information for athletes looking to optimize their training.
